University of Buraimi Organizes First Alumni Reunion

Under the patronage of Mr. Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Jabri, Deputy Chairman of the Municipal Council in the Governorate of Buraimi, the Student Affairs Department, represented by the Alumni Club, organized the first alumni reunion. This gathering aimed to reunite graduates annually with the university administration and their fellow alumni, exchange memories, experiences, and establish training workshops.

In his speech, Dr. Said Eid Younes, the university Vice-chancellor, emphasized the university's commitment to continuous communication with its graduates. He clarified that students' relationship with the university does not end upon graduation; rather, it extends to keep the university a center of knowledge, empowerment, and support for educational and research endeavors. Graduates remain a source of support and enrichment for the educational and research process, contributing to the realization of Oman Vision 2040. He also affirmed that the university's doors are open for them to continue their pursuit of knowledge, education, and research.

The gathering included various activities in which graduates participated. Subsequently, an accompanying exhibition was inaugurated, showcasing some entrepreneurial projects of the alumni.
