University of Buraimi Celebrates the Graduation of 516 Students

The University of Buraimi celebrated the graduation of 516 students from various disciplines and academic degrees under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Ghuson bin Hilal Al Alawi, Chairman of the State Audit Institution. The ceremony was attended by some dignitaries, members of the State Council, officials from governmental and private entities, and a large gathering of students' parents.

 

The graduates were distributed across disciplines such as Business, Engineering, Health Sciences, and Law, at different academic levels including master's, bachelor's, diploma, and advanced diploma.

 

The graduation ceremony included a visual presentation about the University of Buraimi, its campus, and ongoing projects. It also featured the oath-taking by graduates from the College of Health Sciences, recitation of poetry, and a performance of the traditional Razfah dance.

 

Mr. Yousuf bin Abdulrahim Al Farsi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Buraimi Educational Services Company, highlighted in his speech that the university has made significant progress in offering distinguished academic programs benefiting thousands of students currently, whether in bachelor's and diploma stages or through the provision of increasingly diverse postgraduate programs. He emphasized the university's commitment to developing the infrastructure of the campus, mentioning the recent inauguration of high-precision medical simulation labs at the College of Health Sciences, which adds to the existing thirty-seven labs and well-equipped classrooms. Through these facilities, the university aims to provide top-quality educational services with international standards and quality under the supervision and guidance of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation.

 

At the end of the ceremony, the patron of the event honored the top graduates and distributed certificates to all graduates.
