University of Buraimi secures First Place in the Oman Royal Army Scientific Club Competition
A team of College of Engineering students made a remarkable achievement by winning first place in the Oman Royal Army Scientific Club Competition 2024, which recognizes the best innovations from universities, engineering colleges, and technical military colleges across the country.
The team presented their innovative project titled “Savior Drone”, an advanced unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) designed to perform critical tasks efficiently. The project stood out among 132 entries nationwide.
The winning team members are:

* Dr. Gopal Rathinam – Supervisor, ICEN, COE
