The University of Buraimi had the honor of receiving Rana Fahad, Cultural Attaché at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the Sultanate of Oman, in a visit aimed at strengthening academic and cultural ties and fostering knowledge exchange between higher education institutions in both countries. The delegation was welcomed by the University Vice Chancellor, the Deputy Vice Chancellor of the Academic Affairs, and Deans of Colleges. The visit included a comprehensive presentation of the university’s academic and research programs, as well as student services, followed by discussions on future collaboration opportunities and the activation of joint cultural initiatives. Ms. Rana praised the University of Buraimi’s academic excellence and infrastructure, stressing the importance of strengthening ties between Bahraini and Omani institutions to enhance learning and knowledge exchange. The University expressed gratitude for the visit and reaffirmed its commitment to expanding Gulf academic partnerships in line with Oman’s Vision for the Future and sustainable education goals. Both sides discussed future avenues for collaboration and emphasized the value of regional academic unity in advancing higher education standards
