Launch of the First University of Buraimi Quality Day 2023

The university launched its first Quality Day 2023, in conjunction with World Quality Day 2023, which takes place in the second week of November every year. During the first day on November 8, 2023, the speakers presented valuable insights related to quality and accreditation in the higher education sector. 

 

• Dr. Said Eid Younes, the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Buraimi, delivered a welcoming speech focusing on the importance of quality at the University of Buraimi. 

 

• Dr. Salem Radhawi, Chairman of the University’s Board of Trustees, presented "Quality Management in Higher Education in Oman." 

 

 

• Ms. Fakhryia Al Habsi, the Director-General of the National Qualifications Framework, presented "Quality Framework in Oman." 

 

• Dr. Oualid Ali, the Director of Quality and Accreditation Department at the University of Buraimi, presented "Quality 4.0: The Digital Transformation of the Quality Sector in Higher Education."
