The Master in Private Law program (LLM in Private Law) offered by the University of Buraimi seeks to provide students with a comprehensive background and the necessary knowledge in the field of private laws. The proposed program offers the best quality services that meet the requirements of those who would like to pursue their postgraduate studies in the field of private law at an affordable cost to Omani students as well as those who know Arabic.
The program contains information and basic elements of stable postgraduate studies at counterpart universities and colleges inside and outside the Sultanate, while combining theoretical study and practical work in the field.
The program also helps students gain research skills and a conscious legal understanding open to international legal schools. It also galvanizes legal professionals and strengthens the partnership among several disciplines including law, police sciences, Sharia studies and management sciences, thereby achieving effective communication and joint work within government institutions in the field of private law and beyond.
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree in law, or equivalent from a recognized university (good GPA) Passing the admission committee interview.

A minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.

The applicant must have at least two years' experience working in a related field.
Preparing cadres equipped with in-depth scientific information in the field of private law to contribute to the development of society and the legal community at the regional and international levels.
Encouraging independent lifelong learning by developing the capabilities of the Master in Private Law student to follow research methods and approaches and to learn about the latest legal systems.
The graduate's ability to keep pace with the challenges posed by scientific developments, in particular information technology and artificial intelligence, in the areas of private law.
