University of Buraimi Hosts Sheikh Dr. Kahlan bin Nabhan Al Kharusi, Assistant Grand Mufti of Oman

Within the cultural activity plan of the Sultan Qaboos Higher Center for Culture and Science, University of Buraimi hosted Sheikh Dr. Kahlan bin Nabhan Al-Kharusi, Assistant Grand Mufti of the Sultanate of Oman, on the university campus. The program began with a welcoming speech by Mr. Yousuf bin Abdulrahim Al Farsi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the University of Buraimi. In his speech, he emphasized the university's commitment to providing pioneering educational services to its students through its various faculties: the College of Business, the College of Engineering, the College of Health Sciences, and the College of Law. 

This is in line with the university's belief in nurturing a conscious generation, aware of the importance of nation-building and capable of contributing to comprehensive development, upholding science and knowledge, committed to virtuous values and morals, preserving social customs and traditions, and the principles of the Islamic religion. 

Following the welcome speech, Sheikh Dr. Kahlan bin Nabhan Al Kharusi delivered a valuable educational lecture to the students of the University of Buraimi and other educational institutions in the governorate. At the end of the event, Mr. Yousuf bin Abdulrahim Al Farsi, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Dr. Abdullah bin Saeed Al Kalbani, the Deputy Vice-chancellor of the University for Academic Affairs, Research, and Innovation, presented a commemorative gift to Sheikh Dr. Kahlan.  

The visit concluded with a tour of the university facilities, including a visit to the Learning Resource Center and the Moot Court at the College of Law, providing an opportunity to learn more about the university's facilities and other services.
