University of Buraimi Celebrates Outstanding GED Students from Al Buraimi Public and Private Schools

The University of Buraimi hosted a ceremony to honor outstanding students in the first semester of the twelfth grade at the governorate's schools for the academic year 2023-2024. The ceremony was held at the University of Buraimi campus under the patronage of Mr. Yousef bin Abdul Rahim Al Farsi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the University of Buraimi.

 

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Sultan Al Yahyaei, Assistant Director of Al Buraimi Directorate of Education, as well as several directors of government institutions, experts, department heads, school principals, honored students, their parents, and guardians. The ceremony included the Sultanate's national anthem, a recitation of the Holy Quran, and a speech by Al Buraimi Directorate of Education delivered by Dr. Sultan Al Yahyaei.

 

The ceremony also featured a visual presentation, speeches by the honored students, a musical segment, and a visual presentation by the University of Buraimi summarizing the journey of higher education and its role in community partnership. The event concluded with the honoring of 82 outstanding students from public and private schools in the governorate, followed by a campus tour for the honored students to get acquainted with the student service facilities, scientific laboratories, and recreational areas.
