The University of Buraimi, represented by the College of Law, held a training workshop for employees of the Consumer Protection Authority in the Buraimi Governorate. The workshop, titled "Methods and Means of Evidence in Violations of the Consumer Protection Law," was supervised and delivered by Dr. Heba Abu Bakr Awad, Assistant Professor in the Department of Private Law at the College of Law.

The workshop aimed to enhance the legal and knowledge-based skills of the participants. It included an introduction to methods of evidence, how to select and evaluate appropriate evidence, as well as training on preparing evidence and professionally distributing the burden of proof.

The workshop also focused on evidence procedures related to investigating complaints of violations of the Consumer Protection Law, helping to improve the employees' ability to handle cases efficiently and according to best practices.

This workshop is part of the University of Buraimi's efforts to strengthen collaboration with local institutions and provide academic and professional support to develop competencies within the community.
