University of Buraimi Organizes "The Art of Professional Communication" Workshop for Female hostel Supervisors As part of its efforts to enhance dormitory staff skills and student life quality, the Idrak Student Counseling Unit at the University of Buraimi held a workshop titled The Art of Professional Communication for female dorm supervisors. The session focused on effective communication, understanding Generation Z students, and creating a safe, supportive residential environment. Key topics covered in the workshop included: 🔹 Professional communication 🔹 Trust-based relationships 🔹 Student needs awareness 🔹 Conflict resolution & support The session fostered active engagement and knowledge-sharing, enhancing teamwork and reinforcing the vital mentoring role of dorm supervisors. Organized by the Idrak Student Counseling Unit, the workshop supports the Student Affairs Department’s efforts to build staff capacity and create an inclusive, student-centered university environment.
