Hands-on training in organizational skills. As part of the staff professional development plan, the University of Buraimi_Institute organized a hands-on training program titled Organizational Skills (Planning and Development) for a number of first- and second-tier leaders at the university. The program covered key topics including strategic planning, operational planning, KPI development, and risk management, aiming to strengthen institutional planning capabilities and enhance operational efficiency across departments.
