Educational Trip ( Malaysia )

As part of the academic program for the student delegation from the University of Buraimi to Malaysia, the students visited Geomatik University Malaysia (UGM) to explore the academic facilities and advanced laboratories. The students expressed their utmost satisfaction with the facilities and the Learning Resource Center. 

The delegation also had a meeting with the university's executive management, during which viewpoints were exchanged, and the possibility of cooperation and leveraging each university's services and resources was discussed. Additionally, the possibility of accepting graduates from the University of Buraimi for postgraduate studies at Geomatik University was explored. Furthermore, there was a discussion regarding the opportunity for Malaysian students and Arab residents in Malaysia to study at the University of Buraimi through scholarships or the educational endowment fund.

 

To promote Islamic culture among the students, the delegation visited the Islamic Art Museum. The museum showcases the Islamic civilization of Arab and Arab Maghreb countries, as well as East Asia, through a diverse collection of paintings, traditional clothing, weaponry, coins, archaeological infrastructure, and Islamic landmarks.
